At our school, we give the right support to help gifted learners to grow and do their best.
We notice these students early. They may learn quickly or show strong skills in creativity, leadership, problem solving or sport. We help them stay challenged with lessons and activities that match their strengths.

Our school uses explicit teaching by clearly explaining what students are learning, why it matters, and how to do it step by step, breaking ideas into manageable parts.
Learning is student-centred, inclusive, and practical, with a strong commitment to equity and supporting all learning styles and needs. Teachers use proven strategies and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practice.
Our learning approach includes:
- Explicit teaching: Clear, structured instruction that builds foundational skills and deep understanding to support all learners’ success.
- Restorative practice: A wellbeing-focused approach that fosters positive relationships, responsibility, and resilience within the school community.
- Student pathways: Personalised learning opportunities that guide students towards meaningful post-school options, including academic, vocational, and enrichment programs.
- Inclusive education: Strengthening every student’s learning journey through personalised support and growth opportunities tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
