The Maitland Grossmann High School English faculty is the largest faculty in the school consisting of more than 10 teachers. The English faculty offers many extra curriculum activities such as Debating, Model UN, Public Speaking, as well as extension courses in Years 11 and 12 and a Journalism elective in Years 9 and 10. The English faculty works hard to ensure students have opportunities to attend fun and educational excursions including plays, Bell Shakespeare and study days.
